Join CSAE on Wednesday, April 8 for an engaging morning roundtable, Membership, Recruitment = Retention: Building Sustainable Membership Growth. Whether your organization is focused on attracting new members, strengthening engagement, or improving long-term retention, this roundtable will provide a space for thoughtful discussion, shared ideas, and peer learning around one of the most important drivers of association success. Come ready to share your successes and your "not" successes with the group, so we can all learn from each other.

Hosted by the Colorado Society of CPAs in their new office at Galleria Office Towers in Glendale, this session begins with informal networking from 8:15 to 8:30 a.m., followed by the roundtable discussion from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.. Participants will benefit from the insights of co-facilitators Travis Skodack, CAE, Director of Membership & Partnerships at AOCS, and Derrol Moorhead, Director of Member and Business Development at COCPA, who bring membership-focused leadership and practical perspective to this important conversation.

Travis Skodack, CAE, brings extensive experience in membership development and member relations within the association community. He is passionate about building and growing communities that help members succeed in their careers, deepen connections with mentors, colleagues, and business partners, and achieve both personal and professional goals. As Director of Membership & Partnerships at AOCS, Travis works closely with the board, staff, and members to develop and implement strategies that strengthen member value, engagement, recruitment, and retention. He also collaborates with a talented team to support programs, education, and initiatives that foster learning, networking, and meaningful collaboration across a diverse international membership.
