Description:

Since 2020, the workplace has changed drastically, and many employers have since adapted and modified their concept of a workplace beyond the traditional office structure.  Association Executives have a responsibility to cultivate organizational culture, for existing employees and new hires with inclusive policies and behaviors. During this roundtable, we’ll explore trends across the country, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), how to nurture young professionals that exist in a hybrid or remote environment, and tools for engagement that impact retention of your best talent.
