We invite you to join us for a dynamic roundtable discussion with Cecilia Sepp, author of Association Chapter Systems: From Frustrating to Fruitful (2024) and founder of Rogue Tulips Consulting and Allison Hammer, Executive Director WACUBO and SHRM Colorado Council through Etherio as they frame an interesting conversation and share fresh insights into how associations of all sizes and structures can strengthen engagement, foster collaboration, and deliver greater member value.
This discussion isn’t just for associations with chapters or sections, as its lessons are universal.
Whether you lead a national organization with multiple components, manage a state-based or regional association, or run a small staff organization, the principles of connection, clarity, and collaboration are the same. Relationships matter, whether they are you’re your sponsors or your members, and how you connect with them will make significant differences in your organization’s success, as well as how you “delight” your members.
You’ll discover new ways to strengthen member value, design systems that work for your unique structure, and create engagement strategies that scale for associations of any size.
Learning Objectives (CAE Domains)
By participating in this roundtable, attendees will be able to:
- Strategic Management Analyze and redesign systems to align with your association’s strategic priorities, improving coherence and long-term sustainability.
