CSAE’s Annual Conference focuses on creating connections that help you build and elevate all the possibilities for your association, business, organization – and personal and professional growth. This is CSAE’s largest event of the year, spanning three days of opportunities to be immersed in association possibilities.

The connections you make may be with people or ideas that spark new concept; they may be for your staff who meet colleagues from other associations; they may be in a new approach or style or concept that helps you build your organization’s success. Or, the connection may be something someone says in a keynote or workshop that “connects the dots” with a new opportunity or solution.

Each year, CSAE identifies a unique location for its conference to provide attendees with a myriad of professional keynotes and workshops, along with social activities and countless opportunities to collaborate. In 2025, we are honored that the Hotel Polaris at the Air Force Academy is our host hotel, as they are just opening their five-star hotel early in 2025!

Wednesday, June 4

Hotel check-in for attendees
Exhibitors and sponsors set up
Pre-conference activities begin at noon including a 90-minute pre-conference ethics session (1.5 CAE credits)
Opening Session from 4-5 pm, followed with the Opening Reception 5-7 pm.

Thursday, June 5

Early morning meditation
Breakfast buffet opens at 7:30 am
Opening keynote at 8 am and five break-out sessions offering three speakers in each session throughout the day until 4:45 pm
Annual Awards lunch and business meeting noon - 1:30 pm
Dine-Around dinners follow the conference
Hospital Suite sponsored by Visit Fort Collins 8 – 10 pm

Friday, June 6

Early morning meditation
Breakfast buffet opens at 7:30 an
Opening keynote at 8 am
"What Would You Do" case study discussions and alternative breakout sessions
Closing remarks at 11 am
