Showcase Your Hotel, Company or Experience Through the 2026 CSAE Silent Auction
CSAE’s Silent Auction is one of the most visible and engaging ways to put your hotel, company, destination, service or experience in front of association leaders and decision-makers from across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
In 2025, our Silent Auction raised more than $10,000 and became one of the most memorable moments of the Annual Conference — full of energy, excitement, friendly competition and spirited bidding. This year, we’ve set an ambitious goal of $12,000, and with your participation, we know we can get there.
A Silent Auction donation is more than a contribution. It is a chance to introduce your organization to association professionals who plan meetings, select venues, hire business partners, purchase services and influence decisions for their organizations. Whether you donate a hotel stay, dining experience, local attraction, professional service, gift package or one-of-a-kind experience, your item helps create visibility, connection and goodwill with CSAE’s highly engaged conference audience.
New This Year: Online Bidding
For the first time, our Silent Auction will go live online prior to the Annual Conference, June 10–12, giving your donation even more visibility and maximizing bidding opportunities before we gather in person for the CSAE Annual Conference Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 10.
The Silent Auction will continue throughout the conference, culminating on Friday, June 12. That means your item has more time to be seen, shared, promoted and bid on, extending your visibility before and during the conference.
Why Contribute?
Your contributed item(s) help support CSAE while also creating a meaningful opportunity to highlight your organization in front of association executives, meeting planners, industry partners and decision-makers.
By contributing an item, you can:
- Increase visibility for your hotel, company, destination or service before and during the Annual Conference.
- Showcase what makes your organization memorable through a stay, experience, package, service, product or creative offering.
- Create goodwill with association leaders who value partners that actively support the association community.
- Encourage future business opportunities by giving attendees a firsthand reason to experience your brand.
- Help create energy and excitement at one of the most memorable parts of the conference.
- Support CSAE’s year-round mission to provide programs, professional development, advocacy, education, collaboration, industry trends and meaningful business opportunities that strengthen our association community.
How You Can Participate
We have made donating easy and flexible. You can:
- Select an item from our suggested top-shelf ideas.
- Contribute your own creative or unique experience — consider what would give attendees a meaningful taste of your hotel, company, destination or expertise.
- Bundle items together to create a higher-value package or a more memorable experience. For example, pair a hotel stay with a restaurant certificate, spa experience, local attraction, welcome amenity or behind-the-scenes experience.

Donation Guidelines:
- Item Value: Please include a stated value. Starting bids are typically set at approximately one-third of the item’s value.
- Bundling Encouraged: Packages often drive higher engagement and stronger bids. Let us know in the notes if you need volunteers to help bundle items or if you will bring the item already packaged.
- Advance Submission: Please submit your item details through the survey ahead of time so we can prepare the online listing and bid information before the auction goes live. Please include a photo whenever possible.
- Delivery: You may bring your item to the Conference, or deliver to one of our volunteers.
- Expiration Dates: For items with expiration dates, please allow at least a one-year redemption window whenever possible.
All contributions directly support CSAE’s mission to provide programs, professional development, advocacy, education, collaboration among associations, industry trends and meaningful business opportunities that strengthen our association community. CSAE is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit association.
